Practice directions and other relevant materials

Changes to the CPR come into force on a regular basis. TeCSA has created this page to provide easy access to the new rules, practice directions and other relevant materials, but the purpose of the page is also to host TCC Users’ commentary on how the rules are likely to work and are actually working in practice. TeCSA accepts no liability for the commentary provided on this page, but encourages members to contribute constructive and informative material for the page so that experience in relation to the new rules is shared and TeCSA achieves its aim of encouraging higher standards and greater efficiency in the conduct of litigation in the TCC.
