e-Disclosure

eDisclosure is challenging at the best of times.  TeCSA has created this page to provide an on-going repository of knowhow on eDisclosure for TCC Users (indeed other sectors of the dispute world may find it helpful too), to assist less experienced practitioners in particular but also, we hope, to provide the latest tips and tricks for those who are more experienced.  TeCSA accepts no liability for the content of this page, but encourages members to contribute constructive and informative material for the page so that eDisclosure practice becomes more streamlined and cost effective for the benefit of clients and lawyers alike, and we can also develop our proposed eDisclosure Protocol so that it truly reflects best practice.  I am pleased to advise that on 9 January 2015 Version 0.2 of the eDisclosure Protocol and Guidelines was launched and the link is to be found below. Please send your contributions to s.williams@nabarro.com (Steven is head of TeCSA’s eDisclosure sub-committee).
