Since 1990 the Technology and Construction Solicitors’ Association (“TeCSA”) has represented solicitors involved in litigation in the Technology and Construction Court (“TCC”), which involves construction, engineering, technology and IT disputes. In fact, TeCSA now has involvement in most methods of dispute resolution that involve those industries.
TeCSA’s principal objective is to encourage higher standards and greater efficiency in the conduct of ADR, arbitration, adjudication and litigation in the TCC.
Adjudication Service
TeCSA keeps a list of adjudicators (the "Adjudicator List") who are qualified by training and experience to undertake adjudications. It is of central importance that those included on the Adjudicator List maintain their knowledge and experience and keep up to date with developments in the law affecting adjudication. Also, it is essential for the wellbeing of the adjudication process, as well as for the reputation of TeCSA, that it maintains the highest quality of adjudication expertise.
I am delighted to make public this fact and link you to our new Adjudication Service, which sets the standard.
Simon Tolson
Chairman, TeCSA
